A clear answer you can act on.
A clear recommendation, the reasoning behind it, your real options side by side, and what to do next — in a document you can download and keep. The example below is fictional, written for a situation people bring us often.
Should I leave the job I have — or stay another year?
Leave — but not this month. The real problem isn't the role; it's that your growth curve flattened about nine months ago and hasn't recovered. Use the next 90 days to line up two serious conversations, protect your bonus, and exit on your terms rather than out of frustration.
- A growth curve that's moving again, not stalled.
- Leverage — you interview from a position of strength, not desperation.
- Bonus and vesting intact if you time the exit right.
- The comfort of a team and manager you already trust.
- A predictable next quarter — the search will take real energy.
- The story you've been telling yourself about "just one more year".
Three of the four things you said you wanted — scope, pay, and a manager who develops you — are structurally unavailable in your current team this year. Waiting doesn't change that; it only costs you a hiring cycle.
- Leaving before the bonus date costs roughly one month of runway.
- Interviewing while exhausted reads as low energy. Protect two evenings a week.
- That your bonus vests in March — you didn't confirm the date. Correct it and the timing shifts.
- That relocating isn't on the table. If it is, tell us and we'll re-run this.
Why you can trust what it says
Nothing is guessed at loudly. You can see the reasoning behind every recommendation — how it works, step by step.
Advice is easy to find. Decisions aren’t.
An assistant will keep talking as long as you do. Eleanta commits to one direction and puts the reasoning in writing.
- Ten opinions and no verdict
- Generic advice that fits anyone
- More reading, less clarity
- You still have to decide alone
- The real problem named, not the symptom
- The trade-offs both ways, in plain words
- One recommendation, with our confidence in it
- A short plan — and the one thing to do this week

What people ask before they start.
How is this different from asking an AI assistant?
An assistant answers questions. Eleanta runs a decision process: it asks what it needs, weighs the options against what matters to you, commits to one recommendation, and hands you a written report — including the options it ruled out and why.
How do I know the advice is any good?
We show our reasoning. Every report separates what you told us from what we assumed, says how confident we are, and explains which options we considered and set aside. If we're unsure, we say so instead of guessing loudly.
What if I disagree with the recommendation?
That's a useful outcome too. The report shows the options we set aside and why, so a disagreement usually points at something we assumed wrongly. Correct it, run it again, and the recommendation moves with it. You decide — we don't.
How private is this?
What you write stays in your account. We don't sell it or share it for marketing, and deleting a result removes it. Our privacy policy explains exactly who processes what.
How long does it take?
About ten minutes of answering questions. You'll finish knowing what to do next.
Is this for someone like me?
If something important is unclear — your job, your money, your business, a conversation you're dreading — yes. You don't need to be an expert in anything.

You already know it needs to change. Let's figure out how.
Your first three sessions are free. Ten honest minutes, and you’ll know what to do next.
