These Terms govern your use of Eleanta ("the Service"), provided by Eleanta. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity on your account.
2. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, harmful, or fraudulent use.
- No attempts to reverse-engineer, resell, or scrape the Service.
- No abuse, automated mass-use, or interference with platform integrity.
- You retain ownership of the content you submit; you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit it.
3. Nature of the Service
Eleanta provides AI-assisted informational and decision-support services. Output may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or incorrect conclusions. We do not guarantee any specific result or outcome.
Eleanta is not a law firm, accounting firm, medical provider, financial adviser, investment adviser, mortgage broker, insurance agent, real estate broker, therapist, or other licensed professional service provider, and nothing in the Service is professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for the decisions you make, and you should seek qualified professional advice where appropriate. Third-party information referenced in outputs may be incomplete or outdated.
4. Plans & billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the stated price and interval until canceled — Pro at $29/month billed monthly, Pro Annual at $290/year billed annually. One-time purchases are charged once and are not subscriptions. You can cancel a subscription at any time from Billing → Manage subscription; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the period you have paid for.
5. Payments & cancellation
All purchases are final and payments are non-refundable once purchased or charged, except where applicable law provides a non-waivable refund or cancellation right. Full details are in our Payments & Cancellation policy.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that present security or fraud risk. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eleanta is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Aggregate liability for any claim is limited to amounts paid to Eleanta in the prior 12 months. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
