All purchases are final. Because Eleanta provides immediate access to digital services and generated work, payments are non-refundable once purchased or charged.
Subscriptions
For subscriptions, canceling your subscription stops future renewals. It does not refund charges that have already been processed. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
How to cancel
Open Billing in your account and choose Manage subscription. From there you can cancel your subscription, update your payment method, and view invoices. No email or phone call is required.
Exceptions required by law
If a payment was unauthorized, duplicated, or applicable law provides a non-waivable refund or cancellation right, the situation will be handled according to applicable law.
Billing questions
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact eleanta.support@gmail.com with the relevant billing information so we can investigate the issue. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — billing concerns can almost always be resolved directly.
