Eleanta ("we", "us") operates Eleanta. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over your data.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — email, name, and authentication metadata.
- Information you submit — the text you enter when you describe a situation or complete a form.
- Generated content — the results and documents produced in your account.
- Billing information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We store customer and subscription identifiers, not card numbers.
- Usage information — pages visited, features used, and error telemetry, collected through our own analytics recording and, where configured, a third-party analytics provider.
- Cookies — used to keep you signed in and, where analytics is enabled, to measure usage.
2. How we use information
- To produce the results you request and store them in your account.
- To bill, support, and communicate with you about the service.
- To improve reliability, security, and product quality.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not submit your content to model providers for the purpose of training their models; providers may process it to return a result, and may retain it briefly for abuse monitoring under their own terms.
3. Service providers
We use a small number of providers to operate the platform: infrastructure hosting, our database and authentication provider, our payment processor (Stripe), the AI model gateway that generates results, and, where configured, an analytics provider. Each is bound by data-processing terms and receives only what it needs to perform its function.
4. Data retention & deletion
Your results stay in your account until you delete them. You can delete individual results from your history at any time. To delete your entire account and associated data, contact us at eleanta.support@gmail.com. Records we are required to keep for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (such as invoices) are retained as required by law.
5. Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest on our database provider, row-level security so account data is only readable by that account, and scoped permissions for staff access. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage strong, unique passwords and prompt review of suspicious activity.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Email eleanta.support@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Changes to this policy
We will post material changes here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
