You bring us decisions with real stakes — a job offer, a business, a move, a negotiation. You should know exactly what happens to the details you share. This is our plain-English promise. The full Privacy Policy is the legally binding version; nothing here contradicts it.
What we never do
- We never sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to brokers, not to anyone.
- We never share your reports. They're private to your account. If you export or share one, that's your choice — never ours.
- We don’t submit your content for model training. Your content is sent to a model provider only to produce your result, not for their model training, and we don't fine-tune models on customer data.
What we do
- We store your reports privately. Encrypted in transit and at rest, scoped to your account with row-level access controls.
- We keep an internal record of runs — for billing, rate limits, and to help you find past decisions in your library.
- We send your inputs to a language model provider through our AI gateway, to generate your result. They process it under data-processing terms that do not permit using it to train their models.
- We use aggregated, anonymous usage metrics (which decisions get run, error rates, latency) to make the product better. These never include the content of your inputs or reports.
What you control
- Export. Every report is available as PDF, DOCX, and Markdown. Your library, your files.
- Delete. You can delete any report from your library at any time. Deleted reports are removed from our production databases within 30 days, backups included.
- Close your account. Email eleanta.support@gmail.com from the address on your account and we'll permanently delete everything associated with it.
Sensitive domains
Some decisions touch legal, medical, or regulated financial questions. Eleanta is a decision-support product, not a replacement for a licensed professional. Reports in those domains are framed as general education, and we route you to the right expert when your situation warrants one. Do not use Eleanta as your only source for regulated advice.
Security posture
- Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- Row-level security on every user-scoped table.
- Least-privilege access for our own engineering team.
- Regular dependency and security scanning on the codebase.
