What is a session?+
One session is one situation you bring us, start to finish: you describe what's happening, answer a few questions, and get your recommendation, the reasoning, your options, and your next steps — including the document you can download.
What does unlimited mean?+
On Pro and Pro Annual you can start as many sessions as you need, month after month, with a fair-use ceiling of 100 sessions in a single day so one account can't overwhelm the service. Normal use never comes close to that.
How does billing work?+
Pro is $29 per month, billed monthly. Pro Annual is $290 per year, billed annually. Both renew automatically until you cancel. The $99 option is a one-time payment — it never renews.
How do I cancel?+
Open Billing in your account and choose Manage subscription. Canceling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Can I get a refund?+
All purchases are final and payments are non-refundable, except where applicable law provides a non-waivable right. Canceling stops future charges but does not refund charges already processed. Start with three free sessions before you pay anything.
Should I pay monthly or once?+
Pay once if you have one big thing to sort out now. Choose monthly or yearly if situations keep coming up — you get unlimited sessions and everything we add later.
What about my privacy?+
Your results stay in your account. We don't sell your information or share it for marketing, and you can delete results at any time. Our privacy policy explains exactly what is collected and who processes it.
